VRI volunteers it's continuous support of IAVA's mission to help returning veterans.
IAVA’s mission is to improve the lives of Iraq and Afghanistan veterans and their families. IAVA addresses critical issues facing new veterans and their families, including mental health injuries, a stretched VA system, inadequate health care for female veterans, and GI Bill educational benefits.
IAVA asked members of Veterans Rebuilding Iraq to volunteer their time and skills to develop advertisements for IAVA’s role in Veterans Day Parades, nationwide. Upon successful completion of these ads, VRI members accompanied IAVA, marching in the Manhattan Veterans Day Parade. For more information go to:
